Terms of Service

By accessing and using NoorDash ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

NoorDash is a Quran learning and progress tracking application designed for families. The service allows parents to manage child profiles, track Quran learning progress, set rewards, and access educational content.

We offer both free and Premium subscription tiers with varying features and capabilities as outlined in the App.

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Child accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

• • You may cancel at any time through your device's app store
• • Refunds are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies
• • Premium features remain active until the end of your billing period
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

You are solely responsible for any content you create, share, or upload through the App. You agree not to:

• • Use the App for any illegal purpose
• • Violate any laws or regulations
• • Infringe on intellectual property rights
• • Upload malicious code or viruses
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Harass or harm other users

We are committed to protecting children's privacy. Child accounts:

• • Can only be created by verified parents/guardians
• • Have restricted features appropriate for their age
• • Have all data owned and controlled by the parent
• • Are covered by our COPPA-compliant privacy practices

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of NoorDash and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOORDASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• • Violation of these Terms
• • Fraudulent or illegal activity
• • Extended period of inactivity
• • At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
